TUITION

Tuition is based on a 10 month seasonal rate running from mid-August through the first part of June (tuition will be prorated the first month of enrollment if applicable). Monthly tuition is based on the amount of hours taken per week. The price of tuition is based on an average of 4 classes per month and is not altered for months with holidays in which less than 4 classes are held. Typically, there are months in which 5 lessons are given, so in the course of the year each child is averaging 4 lessons per month. There are no credits or refunds given if a child misses a class.  There is a $25 registration fee due upon enrollment

Tuition is due by the 25th for the upcoming month (for example, September tuition is due by August 25, October tuition is due by September 25, etc.) If tuition has not been received by the last day of the month, a $15 late fee will be assessed, and your child’s enrollment may be cancelled.

Drop-in rate is $15. 00 per class

Make-up classes: each child is allowed up to 4 make-up classes from August through March

PAYMENT METHODS

We prefer families to be set up on AutoPay, but we also accept cash, checks, visa, discover, and mastercard. Billing will occur on the 25th of each month. If you choose to pay by cash, check, or credit card at the front desk, please do so by the 25th, otherwise the card on file will be charged. We require each family to have an updated credit card on file with us. There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.

LIABILITY WAIVER / TUITION AGREEMENT

We need to have a liability waiver and tuition agreement form for every family enrolled at CRDA. If you register online, this is part of the checkout process. If you register in person, we have a paper form for you to sign.

WITHDRAWING YOUR CHILD FROM CASTLE ROCK DANCE ACADEMY

If your child decides to discontinue at any time throughout the year, please let us know BEFORE the next billing cycle as refunds are not given.

RECITALS

Castle Rock Dance Academy holds 2 recitals each year; one is in December (which is optional and geared for younger children ages 3-6), and the other is in June which all students ages 3 and above participate in. In December we will also hold our annual Nutcracker production. This is open to all dancers ages 5 and up. (Registration for this is open from June-August.) Please be aware that there are extra fees associated with each recital for costumes and tickets.

STUDENT PICK UP & DROP OFF

Parents/Guardians must be present until class begins. At that point you may leave until class is over. Please be on time to pick your child up as we are not responsible for them after class has ended.

VIEWING WINDOWS

Viewing windows will remain open unless learning is being compromised by distractions.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

If you suspect classes being cancelled due to bad weather, please call the studio for a recorded message about closures or check our website for updated weather alerts.
